Bogdana is a qualified lawyer from Ukraine with a PhD in Law, fascinated by both theoretical legal research and practice. Her fields of legal expertise include Administrative Law, Corporate and Business Law, as well as activities such as lobbying and negotiation. As a legal practitioner, she specialises in contract drafting, registration procedures for legal entities, and providing legal support for obtaining public services for clients including companies and private entrepreneurs. She also has experience in business relocation, primarily to the UK and EU countries, and has successfully collaborated with international law firms to represent clients.
Bogdana also serves as associate professor at the National Academy of Management and holds a position as a Guest Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has previously served as the head of the Alumni Association at Taras Shevchenko National University, and has led several educational, legal, and social projects as a manager, in addition to organising events, governmental visits, and conferences.
